Are you stuck installing your PortPress theme on WordPress?
In general, my themes are easy to install, set up and customize. However, most issues occurring during the installation and setup process can easily be solved by yourself.
First thing to do is to check the theme manual. A link to the theme manual can be found on the theme download page, as well as in the email from e-junkie.com that you receive right after placing your order.
If this doesn’t solve your problem, check the support FAQ section below. Chances are, you are not the first to encounter a specific issue. Save yourself (and me) some time and go through this list before contacting me for personal support.
- Uploading the theme .zip file does not work and error occurs.
- No design is being displayed and using the design options has no effect.
- Post Thumbnails are not showing up.
- The gallery does not display images or images show up twice.
- The slideshow is not working.
- Ads are not displayed using the built-in advertising options.
